Mobile carriers O2 and Vodafone have completed upgrades in the Ballymoney and Coleraine causing some inconvenience for customers in recent days They have stated that the upgrades have now been finalised and customers should expect to receive enhanced service.
In a statement to Causeway Coast Community this afternoon an O2 spokesperson said: “We have been carrying out upgrade works in the Ballymoney and Coleraine areas to help improve our network for our customers. Some customers may have experienced intermittent issues with calls, texts and data during this time, and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. These upgrades have now been completed.”
A Vodafone spokesperson said, “Our technical team have confirmed that our network has been restored in all areas across the Causeway Coast & Glens Borough. However, if any of our customers are still experiencing issues with their service, we ask them to contact our customer care team us so we can investigate further.”
