Aidan Andrew Smylie (41) from Kemp Park in Ballycastle appeared before Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena this morning accused of sexually assaulting a woman between March 13th - 16th 2020.
Smylie only spoke to confirm he was aware of two charges against him.
District Judge Peter King freed Smylie on his own bail of £500 with the case set to return to Antrim Crown Court for arraignment on 27th May 2022.
