A planning application submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Council for premises in Ballymoney for the change of use from existing commercial use to a bakery to supply members of the public has been recommended for refusal by planning officials.
The application for unit 2, 25 Ballymena Road, Ballymoney has been recommended for refusal on the basis that the proposal does not comply with the town centre first approach.
Members of the planning committee will hear next week that the proposal is considered unacceptable in the location having regard to the Northern Area Plan 2016 and other material considerations.
