DUP MLA Maurice Bradley has thanked the PSNI and the owners of the Riverside Retail Park for their determination to resolve anti-social driving in and around the retail park area.
"This has been an ongoing issue for some time," said MLA Bradley.
"Residents in the area have been plagued by revving engines and screeching wheels into the early hours of the morning.
"This has impacted on their sleep and general well-being.
"In the last year meetings with residents, PSNI, and owners of the Retail Park have been ongoing and I am pleased that a barrier system is to be erected to prevent groups of young people gathering in cars.
"I would like to thank all those involved for their determination to find a resolution," said Bradley.
