Emergency services are currently at the scene of a fire at Bullitt Hotel, Belfast.
It is understood that the fire broke out at Babel Rooftop Bar & Garden. Up to 40 firefighters are currently tackling the blaze.
A PSNI spokesperson said, "Motorists are advised that Victoria Street, Belfast city centre, is currently closed due to a fire in the area."
