'Bushmills Resort', a proposed £57m wellness hotel and lodge could create up to 350 full-time jobs.
We exclusively revealed on Monday that applicant L & J Eagry submitted a Pre Application Notification (PAN) to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council last Friday to build a proposed 4/5* hotel on land adjacent to (Halliday's of Bushmills) 206 Straid Road, Bushmills.
The development would see 150 bedrooms, additional eco-lodges, ancillary development along with a spa, pool, and restaurant facilities.
Lexy Halliday, partner and developer said that the resort would "rival some of the world's best spots."
As part of the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy a report says that "the development will have many benefits for the local and wider community in terms of social and economic investment."
