1 Mins read

Three years after the opening of Colerane, Adams McGillan have just completed a substantial investment with a new Branch in Ballymoney. Located in the former Music Box site at 32 Church Street, a complete refurbishment has been completed with the formal opening on Monday 7th January 2019.

Speaking to Causeway Coast Community, Ross Adams, Managing Director told us, ‘we established our business three years ago with three founding principles of; honesty, integrity and trust. These principles continue to be at the forefront of our daily operations and have proven to serve us well since 2015. Our move to a second branch in Ballymoney was part of our original plan and we are delighted that with the support of local people supporting local people, we have been able to grow indigenously into Ballymoney’.

Sales Director, Joanne McGillan echoed these words, ‘within three years we have been named best start up business at the Causeway Business Awards, Northern Ireland Estate Agent of The Year (Sole Branch), expanded our Financial Services offering with the introduction of our business partner Mortgage Advice Bureau and more recently our expansion in block and property management with our affiliation with Aspire Property Management Solutions, we look forward to providing the same unrivalled service in Ballymoney as we have in Coleraine.’

Cllr Wilson said “I am always encouraged to see local businesses thriving and expanding.

Lately we have noticed not only an increase of new / expanding businesses in the Ballymoney area, but also a notable upsurge in the housing market.

Growth in the commercial and residential sectors locally are both positive indicators as we start a new year.

Can I take this opportunity to welcome Adams McGillan to Ballymoney, their arrival will add another option to potential homeowners /tenants in the Ballymoney area which is fortunate to have several well-established estate agents.”
