Facebook to start charging £5.99?

1 Mins read

Yet again rumours are circulating the web that Facebook is suddenly going to start charging people to use the service unless you copy and paste a status to your profile, in which case Facebook will kindly let you continue using it for free.

This rumour is older than Facebook itself and was doing the rounds back in the olden days of Bebo, AOL and MySpace.

We’ll keep this one short and sweet, unless Mark Zuckerberg himself announces that he is going to start charging people to use Facebook, then these rumours should be completely ignored.
