Customers who have placed orders as far back as 2 – 3 weeks ago with retailer JD Sports still have not received their goods. As of this morning thousands of customers have took to twitter with frustration.
Customers are complaining that their calls are not being answered, live chat facility is down, website does not recognise their details and that calls are being cut off no matter what option they press to get through to an advisor.
Local woman Charlene Dickey from Coleraine said “No chance of stuff coming now before Christmas. Olivers pre orders that were due 18th December won’t come until February!!! Raging. No contact from them at all. I had to ring looking for the stuff!!”
Retailer JD Sports came under the media spotlight last week following claims aired in a documentary that conditions were “worse than a prison”at the firm’s Rochdale warehouse.
We have reached out to JD Sports for comment.
