Planning for second McDonalds outlet in Coleraine deferred for site visit

Planning for a second McDonald’s outlet in Coleraine has been deferred by Councillors this morning for a site visit following concerns about noise impact.

A total of 16 people have objected to the plans, which would erect the fast food outlet next to a nursing home and the Lodge hotel.

It is understood the decision will come before the committee again within two months.
