Report of counterfeit currency in Ballymoney

Police are investigating a report of counterfeit currency which a male attempted to use in Ballymoney yesterday, enquires are ongoing to identify this male, however, in the mean time police would ask retail employee’s across the district to bear this in mind and make use of money tester pens or machines where available.
