Hospitality Ulster’s search to discover Northern Ireland’s best pubs, hotels and restaurants took place last night. This year, the renowned gala evening boasted a brand new venue at Ramada Plaza and plenty of surprises, along with exciting new categories designed to highlight the very best the hospitality and tourism industry in Northern Ireland has to offer.

Local businesses were among the winners this year.

The Bushmills Inn Hotel & Restaurant won the ‘Commitment To Local Food’ award and Kiwis Brew Bar won ‘Best Urban Pub Of The Year’.

Commenting on social media hotel manager, Alan Walls from The Bushmills Inn said  “We are absolutely delighted to win this award as it is testament to the fact that we are committed to sourcing and using only the freshest, local produce in all the dishes that are so passionately prepared by our team.”

Colin Neill, Chief Executive of Hospitality Ulster said:

“Winning an award is much more than just a very well deserved nod for the hard work and dedication it takes to operate at the highest level in our industry. A win has also proven to significantly boost public profile, footfall and revenue.”
