Antrim and Causeway Hospitals are under severe pressure this afternoon.
A Trust spokesperson said "There are a lot of sick patients requiring admission. Please only attend if your condition is urgent or life-threatening - patients will be seen in clinical priority.
"We apologise for the long wait. Please bear with our staff who are working as hard as they can."
