Pat O'Kane has announced the closure of his family butchers in what he says is due to 'rising costs' and 'little footfall' in the New Row area of Coleraine.
In an emotional video on social media this morning he said that the business was not viable anymore due to the rising costs of electricity and meat.
He went on to thank all customers who supported him and his family since opening.
Pat opened the butchers in February 2020 and was a one-stop-shop for discerning customers who valued quality products and friendly exemplary service.
Causeway Coast Community would like to wish Pat all the best in his future endeavors.
