Neill Graham (22) of Ballinrees Lane, Macosquin appeared before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ballymena yesterday morning accused of three counts of rape.
Graham confirmed that he was aware of the three charges against him between August 16, 2017, and August 19, 2017 and that he did not object to a Preliminary Enquiry.
District Judge Peter King freed Graham on his own bail of £500. The case will be returned to Antrim Crown Court for trial and scheduled arraignment for May 5th 2022.
