Riverside Fitness Limited situated on Riverside Park North in Coleraine has had its tenancy agreement terminated with immediate effect.
Circumstances around the termination are unclear as of this morning.
A notice on the door read : KELVIN PROPERTIES LIMITED : ('the Landlord') having its registered office at First Floor, Jubilee Buildings, Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man has determined your interest and right of possession in the premises known as Unit 3 Riverside Regional Centre, Coleraine.
Accompanied access, by prior arrangement with the Landlord's Agents, TDK, will be permitted to enable Riverside Fitness Ltd to remove any of their fixtures and fittings.
