A former bar in Kilrea, Kelly's Inn (also known as Farmers Rest) has submitted a planning application to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council for the change of use from a public bar to commercial premises on the ground floor including a minor rear extension, refurbishment of existing first floor apartments and new rear first floor extension to create 2 new apartments.
The application will go before the planning committee within the next few months.
