An unknown company has gone into administration owing council £135,291.37 relating to disposal charges and landfill tax for waste disposal at Craigahulliar.
Councillors were informed of the debt at the finance committee earlier this month.
A Company Voluntary Arrangement is understood to have been agreed with Council and as more information is received it will be brought back to Committee Members.
