Emergency services are currently in attendance of a two vehicle RTC on the Ravenhill Road, Belfast involving at least seven casualties.
Multiple fire appliances and NIAS paramedics along with police are at the scene.
NIAS despatched 4 Emergency crews, 3 Intermediate Care Crews, one Doctor and 2 ambulance officers to the incident. Following assessment and initial treatment at scene, 3 patients have been taken to RVH, and 1 to Ulster Hospital.
A NIAS spokesperson said "As this is an ongoing incident, NIAS crews remain at the scene assessing and treating other patients."
A PSNI spokesperson said "Motorists are advised the Ravenhill Road, Belfast is closed in both directions following a serious road traffic collision this evening (Saturday, January 22nd).
Diversions are in place at the Albertbridge Road and Shamrock Street, please seek alternative routes for your journey."
