Coleraine Goes Country.

Coleraine Borough Council will be staging a two day country music festival in Coleraine Town Centre on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th March 2015. 

Organisers revealed at the launch this week, that two of the headline acts will be; award winning singing sensation Lee Matthews and fiddling sensation Richie Remo (pictured).

Coleraine Borough Council will be staging a two day country music festival in Coleraine Town Centre on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th March 2015.  Organisers revealed at the launch this week, that two of the headline acts will be; award winning singing sensation Lee Matthews and fiddling sensation Richie Remo.

A variety of country music acts will sing and play country music in a number of venues located throughout Coleraine Town Centre including cafes, restaurants, bars, hotels and shops. The Mayor of Coleraine, Councillor George Duddy said, “This is the first year ’Coleraine Goes Country’, however we expect this event to attract large numbers of families and visitors to the town over the two day event.

“This is a great opportunity for businesses within Coleraine Town Centre to get involved by providing FREE entertainment to residents and visitors, attracting additional shoppers to the area.”
