28-year-old arrested in Ballycastle for drugs offences

Police arrested a man in Ballycastle on suspicion of drugs offences yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 16 September).

Superintendent John Magill said: “The 28 year old was arrested in Ballycastle on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, cultivating cannabis and possession of a class B drug.

“He was questioned by police and released pending the outcome of forensic tests. Our overall investigation into the matters are continuing.”
