Arcadia interior renovations given Council Approval

Renovations to the interior of the iconic Arcadia building that sits on the East Strand in Portrush.

The application sought Listed Building Consent for the installation of an internal glazed screen and door to first floor.

Limavady UUP Councillor Aaron Callan proposed that the committee approve the application as recommended by planning officers.

The application was approved unanimously.
