Police are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery at the Lodge Hotel in Coleraine.
Shortly after 11.35 this morning two members of staff were making their way to a car in the car park when an unknown male with a suspected firearm got out of a car and threatened them before making off with a bag containing a sum of money. He is described as being approximately 5 foot 11 inches tall, medium build, wearing a black bomber style jacket and balaclava.
The man made off in a silver Citroen C4 car driven by another man who was also masked.
Chief Inspector Michael McClarence has asked for anyone who witnessed the robbery or has any information to contact CID on the non emergency number 101 or by contacting Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
