Ballyvoy Man Convicted Of Benefit Fraud

Oliver McHenry (28) of Moyle Park, Ballyvoy claimed Employment and Support Allowance totalling £2,769 while failing to declare employment. He was given a four month prison sentence suspended for three years.

He is also required to repay the outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency. He was convicted at Coleraine Court on Friday.
