Police in Coleraine seized drugs from a house in the Heights after two officers smelled cannabis during a bicycle patrol on Friday 03 July.

Sergeant Robert Ennis said: “Two officers were out cycling in the area when we got a strong smell of cannabis at around 6:30pm. Our suspicions allowed us to enter the house and complete a search. The search turned up around £900 of herbal cannabis along with drugs paraphernalia including scales and bags. One man has since been charged with possession on class B drugs with intent to supply.”
