1 Mins read

Sinn Féin councillor Brenda Chivers has expressed concern after reports that a woman was sexually assaulted in the Blackburn Path area of Limavady.

Councillor Chivers said;

“My thoughts are with the victim of this awful attack at this time.

“I would encourage anyone with information about what happened to bring it forward to the PSNI immediately.

“There have been a number of incidents of crime in the Blackburn Path area and I will continue to campaign to have the street lighting in the area improved so people using the area feel safe.”
