Coleraine DUP Councillor, Trevor Clarke, has welcomed news of job creation across Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.
Cllr Clarke said: The news of investments across these companies resulting in the creation of 51 local jobs is to be welcomed. It is particularly pleasing to see local businesses having the ability to grow and confidence to invest in their futures.
This doesn’t happen by chance. I applaud the leadership in these organisations whose hard work has made their respective investments possible. The £1m of salaries generated on the back of £1/4m worth of Invest NI support will be a significant shot in the arm for our local economy.
The jobs are being created by seven local businesses which are: P & L Electrics, Reinforced Concrete Detailing Services, Carnroe Supplies, Limavady Roller Doors, Seating Matters, Worldwide IPGenie and Annie’s Traditional Food
All of these businesses have worked with Invest Northern Ireland to grow their businesses and ensure sustainability.
The combined investment by these companies will generate £1 million per annum in salaries into the local economy.
