Coleraine College Now Accepting Applications For 6th Form For September 2015

1 Mins read

“Coleraine College is now accepting applications from students, who, having finished their GCSE examinations, wish to proceed to Key Stage 5. At the College we currently offer a select range of qualifications that are best suited to the individual needs and requirements of our students, however, options are further increased through collaboration with other neighbouring schools as part of the Coleraine Area Learning Partnership.

A-Level students at the College can also avail of a range of enrichment activities designed to broaden their horizons and help prepare them for life after school. These include the “I’m Happy” Technology Workshop run in conjunction with Ulster University, courses in Food Hygiene, Current Affairs and First Aid, as well as the “Flames” Leadership Programme. There will also be opportunities to engage in other sporting and extra-curricular activities that are available to all students.

As senior pupils, our Sixth Form make a valuable contribution to the life of the school, and this year will be part of a “Buddy” scheme, linking Year 13 and 14 students with Year 8 pupils to help with their transition to secondary school.

We invite you to come and join us in Coleraine College and be part of a bright and exciting future for the school. You will now find us on Facebook and Twitter where you can get a taste of what is happening at the College. Please feel free to contact the school for further details, or arrange an appointment to view the school and speak with the Principal.
