Coleraine CRS & PSNI Respond To Person Over the Railings At The New Bridge

Coleraine Community Rescue Service responded to a call last night following a report of a person over the railings at the New Bridge with the apparent intent of entering the river. Bravo 1 was launched and members were on scene in minutes. The person was brought to safety by the PSNI and Coleraine Community Rescue Service Unit stood down.

As the only accredited Lowland Search and Rescue organisation in the Province CRS volunteers are on call 24/7, 365 days of the year to help keep the local communities safe. If you are interested in joining them please send an email to [email protected]
