Coleraine School places third in Netball Competition

Year 8 pupils from a number of local schools took part in the Coleraine & District Netball competition yesterday.

The girls from Coleraine’s North Coast Integrated College won third place in their group section.

A spokesperson from the school said: “The year 8 girls represented NCIC with distinction today at the Year 8 Coleraine and District Netball competition and should be commended for playing so well.”

“They played the following games and were placed third overall in their group section”

  • NCIC 3  – Ballycastle High School 1              
  • NCIC 1 –  Ballymoney High School 4            
  • NCIC 3  – St. Joseph’s 0                                    
  • NCIC 7 –  Limavady High School 0                
  • NCIC 1 –  Dominican 10                                    

“Nikola Chybowska won a small plaque for being the player of her team.”
