A collection box for local animal rescue charity, Causeway Coast Dog Rescue was stolen from Jollyes Petfoods store in Coleraine, late yesterday afternoon.
The box was stolen by two men who are said to have been speaking to each other in a foreign language upon entering the store.
Nobody was hurt during the robbery and CCTV footage has been made available to Police.
