County Antrim Commercial Goods Vehicle Operator Fined For Tachograph Offences

A Co Antrim Commercial Goods Vehicle Operator was fined a total of £1,400 for tachograph offences at Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

The charges related to an investigation by the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) into vehicles owned and operated by Laverty Properties Ltd, T/A LPL Skip Hire & Recycling, 79A Pharis Road, Armoy, Co. Antrim.

The Court also ordered the company to pay an offender levy of £15, court costs of £16 and prosecution costs of £500.
