Criminal Damage to Fuse Box causes Ballymoney Traffic Lights outage

1 Mins read

Police are appealing for information following a report of criminal damage being caused to a fuse box which controls the traffic lights in Seymour Street, Ballymoney on Saturday, 10 October.

Constable Karen Coyles said: “A fuse box was tampered with and a number of fuses removed from it, which resulted in the traffic lights being put out of action.

“I would appeal to anyone who may have noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the area to contact Police at Ballymoney on the non-emergency number 101. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
