CRS tasked to reports of a person entering the water of the River Bann

On Wednesday evening Coleraine Community Rescue Service were tasked to reports of a person entering the water of the River Bann in Coleraine. A boat was launched within minutes which made way upstream.  As CRS arrived on scene a passing member of the public had managed to persuade the person to leave the water and they were taken to hospital for treatment.
