Health Department launches A&E Waiting Times tracker

1 Mins read

The Department of Health has launched a new tracker which shows the average A&E waiting times across all of Northern Ireland’s hospitals.

The waiting times are presented in the form of a table, which is updated once an hour.

These times do not reflect how much time individual patients will have to wait before they are seen as this depends on the initial assessment of your condition when you first arrive.

The tracker, as well as more information about it can be found by following this link: http://www.nidirect.gov.uk/index/information-and-services/health-and-well-being/health-services/emergency-department-average-waiting-times.htm
