Injured Tourist At Giants Causeway

At 1705 on Saturday 4th July a team from Coleraine Coastguard worked alongside an Ambulance Paramedic and National Trust Staff to evacuate an injured American tourist from the Causeway Stones. The casualty had sustained a lower leg injury when she stumbled while crossing the stones. She was stretchered to safety and taken to the Causeway Hospital.
