Man rescued by Coastguard at Ballintoy

In the early afternoon of Sunday 20th December, Coastguards from Coleraine and Ballycastle were tasked to Ballintoy, following a report of a man in difficulty on the coastal path.

One male casualty with a leg injury was carried to safety by coastguard personnel, before being taken to hospital by paramedics from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.
