Man taken to hospital following House Fire in Coleraine

NIFRS responded to a fire at an end-terraced house at Kenbane Avenue, Coleraine on Saturday evening. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a jet to extinguish the blaze.

A 62-year-old man was taken to hospital by PSNI for smoke inhalation. Crews administered oxygen therapy to a 55-year-old man for mild smoke inhalation at the scene.

Fire crews from Coleraine, Portrush and Porstewart stations attended the incident.
