Man’s jaw broken following Assault at licensed premises in Coleraine

Police in Coleraine are investigating the report of an assault at licensed premises in the Lime Market Street area in the early hours of Sunday 5th June.

It was reported that a man, aged in his 30’s, was struck in the face by a male at around 1am. The man suffered a suspected broken jaw as a result.

Constable Johnston said, “ The suspect has been described as being short, well built, with a beard and was wearing a long sleeved blue top. I would ask anyone who witnessed this incident to contact police in Coleraine on the non-emergency number 101. Information can also be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
