Police are keen to identify a group of males seen in the area of the railway station in Coleraine around 2.45pm on January 23rd.
Constable Pete Mackle said: “Officers attended the area following a report from a concerned member of the public and two knives were recovered close to where the group were standing. A 15 year old male was arrested and released pending report to the PPS following consultation with the Youth Diversion Officer.
“We are obviously keen to identify the others in the group and would appeal for anyone with information to contact us on the non-emergency number 101 or through the independent charity ‘Crimestoppers’ on 0800 555 111.”
