Police are investigating after two reports of theft from charity shops in Ballymoney on Thursday, 16th July.

Officers were attending the first report from a store on Main Street at around 3.10pm when they were approached by staff from a second shop. These workers also reported a theft from their store over an hour earlier at around 1.40pm.

Two blonde females are believed to have been involved in both instances.

An extensive tour of the area was carried out to locate the suspects without success.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police in Ballymoney on the non-emergency number 101.
