1 Mins read

Police are issuing an image of a cash cassette following the theft of a substantial sum of money from a cash machine in the Main Street area of Limavady on the morning of Friday 17 April.

The theft occurred at approximately 5am.

Detective Sergeant Sandra Sharkie said: “The image is of a cash cassette similar to the one that was stolen in this theft. I would ask anyone who comes across this, or anyone who knows anything about this incident, to contact CID at Limavady Police Station on the non emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
