Detectives are appealing for information following a fire at a dwelling in the Kennaught Terrace area of Limavady in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service, Ambulance Service and Police were in attendance.

One man and two police officers were treated for smoke inhalation, following a check of the premises to ensure no one was trapped inside.

Detecting Sergeant Graham Glass would ask anyone who may have noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the area or anyone who has information about this incident to contact Organised and Reactive Crime Branch in Coleraine on the non-emergency number 101.
