Police seeking witnesses to Assault outside Portrush Train Station

Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault outside the Train Station in Eglinton Steeet, Portrush.

At approximately 20:30 hours on 29th July 2016 a 49 year old male was assaulted and has minor injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.

There were a group of 5 males wearing blue and grey tracksuits, one was wearing a red hoody and three of the males had red hair.

We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the assault to contact Police at Coleraine on 101 quoting ref 1224 for 29/07/16.
