Police in Ballycastle carried out a joint operation with colleagues from the DVA on Sunday night (16 August) aimed at identifying dangerous drivers.
Sergeant David Armour said: “Three vehicles were seized for defective parts and two drivers reported for prosecution. We also spoke with numerous drivers to bring home the safer driving message.
“The operation comes, in part, as a response to community concerns about dangerous driving across Ballycastle. We are committed to keeping people safe on our roads and our enforcement activities will continue.”
