Police warn public and businesses about garage forcourt Crime Trend.

1 Mins read

Police are advising businesses and the public about a crime trend involving theft from and damage to air and screen wash vending machines at garage forecourts. There were five similar incidents last night and nineteen across Northern Ireland since last March.

The vending machine coin boxes were stolen, damaged or an attempt was made to take them. Officers out in patrol cars are looking out for people involved in further incidents.

Help police and local businesses by calling police immediately if you see suspicious activity at garage forecourts, especially late at night or into the early hours of the morning.
