CCTV footage has been released of the fight between Barry and Patrick Lyttle which resulted in Patrick being hospitalised and requiring emergency surgery.
Patrick was on holiday in Australia with his brother Barry and their father when he got in to an argument with his brother outside of a nightclub in Sydney.
The CCTV footage clearly shows the brothers arguing and Patrick being punched by Barry.
The footage also shows Barry attempting to help his brother after he had fallen to the ground and hit head on the pavement.
