Restrictions imposed on Coleraine Somme Parade

The Parades Commission has imposed restrictions on the annual Battle of The Somme Commemoration Parade in Coleraine next Friday.

The conditions imposed are that only the hosts, Killowen L.O.L 930 and their accompanying band, Coleraine Fife & Drum may proceed into The Heights area of the town, processing along Pates Lane, Somerset Drive, Drumard Drive, The Rope Walk, Kylemore Road, Hazlebank Road, Pates Lane, returning to Killowen Street where the rest of the parade will join them for the rest of the route.

The parade must start on time and only notified bands may take part.
