Summer Camps programme launched by First and Deputy First Ministers

1 Mins read

A pilot scheme for 100 summer camps across Northern Ireland was announced today by the First Minister and Deputy First Minister.

The aim of this programme is to help young people form new relationships across the religious divide.

Community groups can apply for funding to set up and run the camps in their areas and could be awarded up to £20,000. This figure relies on the number of children expected to be in attendance.

Application packs can be downloaded from the OFMDFM website and hard copies are available from [email protected]

More information about the programme can be found here: http://www.ofmdfmni.gov.uk/summer-camps-programme-2015-pilot
