The Public Transport Strike Action that was to be held next Wednesday, causing all Bus and Rail services in Northern Ireland to be cancelled, has been called off according to senior Translink Officials.
Gordon Milligan, Translink’s HR Director said, “we welcome the fact that strike action has been called off. We wrote to UNITE at the end of last week highlighting the impact their strike would have on our passengers, especially schoolchildren sitting exams. This is good news for our passengers and in particular parents and school children”
There will be NO strike action taking place on Wednesday May 6th. All Services will operate as normal on May 6th.
